Menstruation And Red Cervix

VISIT TO THE MUSEUM AND LABORATORY FOR CIVIC TERAMO

The Educational Service of the Civic Museums of Teramo, active since 1990 in response to the vocation of the institution's educational museum, which is configured in the territory privileged to transform into an educational resource, cultural heritage. For years, then worked with our school and, given the interest expressed that children always against various proposals, it is customary on our part, implication systematically in project initiatives. Given this premise, we tell the two hour workshop meetings experienced by children aged 4 and 5 last week: Saturday, October 30 saw the inauguration of the exhibition "People of Abruzzo. Abruzzi social realism in the painting of the nineteenth Century ", happy expression of art that ranges from resigned suffering immediate and lively peasant between representations of nature and the intense color range of light and vibrant images of main characters of each calendar Abruzzo. We had to take this' occasion, also view the initiative launched at school (the garden to grow), to bring us to see paintings with the theme of land and the peasant culture of long ago. piancoteca Once in, we were immediately greeted by the indefatigable Loretta, that takes care of children for a long time and art with her ... And we have seen some paintings and started a conversation with as an issue involving a seed, and the difficulties encountered in growing up in a land full of rocks. What a discovery for children to know that even in a dusty and rocky terrain, you can see the seedlings sprout and surprise to know that the "cactus" of Abruzzo is actually a thistle. A guided tour to show lasted about an hour, then the children have had to put finger in the pie, turning into little budding artists committed itself to play a garden on a cartocino. The land was carefully mixed with glue smeared, then now is the time of sowing, potting soil and covered with another piece of gauze (the cover, because the seed is cold in winter). See these very young children in front of the immensity of art and impressive paintings, may appear for some early and unnecessary, so small children can not grasp the mysteries of art! In reality, children often find it difficult to approach art as science, not only because partners are up to their sensitivity and acuity: the skilful hand of Loretta led them into an art scene in rough times and raw, at times lush and gentle hand, and children took advantage of the many shades of Abruzzo who have never known directly, but that has certainly won over. We will be back in two weeks' gallery, in the meantime please go to the show with votre children will remain under construction until January 10, 2010 and admission is free.

grandfather Pasquale A SCHOOL TO START BUSINESS TIMES OF PEASANT

Finally we too have a small vegetable garden to grow! And all this thanks to the availability of what children have already called the "grandfather Pasquale" a nice man who likes to be a farmer. Pasquale, with his inseparable cultivator, has prepared the ground for cultivation, under the watchful eyes of children, waiting to get started. Then came the time to sow ... And to the amazement of the children have found that each vegetable has a time of sowing and seasons that affect the maturation of a product or not. Then place the beans, the onions, but .. all'insalata watermelons and tomatoes (the most popular among children) have to wait, not as the supermarket where you can buy anything you want! And what fun it was to throw the seeds in the ground, to see with his grandfather Pasquale recess cover our precious treasures. Pasquale then he also told us that the moon in some way affect the validity of a harvest moon phases ... But that is a subject that is still unclear, it will investigate a more suitable place ...

So enthusiastically gathered the olives from our trees at home and with renewed energy, have them delivered to the mill workers of Valle San Giovanni in order to have their precious juice. They were then kidnapped by pressing: the traditional mechanism mollazze swirling stone, crushed the 'core oil and together, to make a dark paste. Juliet Cariaga Watchful Eye High

Friday, November 12 has turning point in style garden of the school, the usual chestnuts of St. Martin. The greedy little children have first collected the pieces of dry wood for the fire, and then patiently waited for the teachers to roast chestnuts. The sacred ritual of tasting was consumed in a surreal silence e. .. tasty! The carbon created by burning wood, it served to children to give vent to their creativity and produce a lot of charcoal drawings.

CHESTNUT SCHOOL TO SCHOOL IN THE GARDEN SCULPTURES

This morning, seeing the beautiful sun shining in the sky, we went merrily in the garden of Dr. Mario Pellone, we simply "Super Mario". Mario is a very special person, thinks that his hobby is being a doctor of the 118 in Teramo, but its quite another profession: farmer and beekeeper. Her garden is near our school and every opportunity we can to contact him and visit him. These days with the children we interviewed on the common desire to nurture and groom ('To the garden takes care' Matthew 5 years) and a vegetable garden on the need to seek some expert advice to farmers in the area! How could we not resort to the expert hands of Mario, always ready to welcome the precious children in its place, full of surprises to be discovered and known, but also of flavors ... Why will not let us go back to sc uola on an empty stomach! About two years ago, Mario came to our school to pick up a nest of bees in this garden, and children were fascinated by the man with a strange hat on and the pump "spray smoke" (see blog archive: year 2009, the month in May ) and now we're back to Mario with the intention of seeing our bees and maybe enjoy a good honey they produced. The morning is spent with Mario, who has elucidated the children on whether or not to plant certain vegetables and future farmers have discovered that each vegetable has its time of sowing: the garden is not as the supermarket where there's all that want! Then showed the children the tools they use to plow the land, his hoe, tractor, etc.. He pointed to the children present some vegetables in his garden and then conveyed their attention to the compost that used to produce fertilizer for the land. In this regard, he promised us he will come to school to teach us how to build and operate a compost bin and how useful compost to feed the produce. The most awaited moment however, was the meeting with our bees, we have "spied" by far our friends intent on making honey in silence and then ... honey bread and cheese deli, but snacks! !

LIVING: CREATING A SCHOOL WITH VEGETABLES WITH TASTE

In what may turn vegetables in the hands of children? Of course, in tools to unleash their creativity fertile. And this is what happened to children 5 years old a few days ago when, after initially dedicated to the observation of some vegetable crops in the garden of the school, were able to use pieces of vegetables to create freely of "bio-sculptures" ... Of course, great excitement among the children who flocked to the tables to choose the piece migiore to create them: some with beans tried to write his name, who has transformed into a pepper scorpion who wanted to play cap red with zucchini and those who used the eggplant to make strange castles and armadillos details ... Many were the ideas, we propose some guests there also home to do this game with little artists, maybe consegnado scraps of vegetables and fruits will not regret it and their ideas will amaze you!
